Built by Analysts Who Got Tired of Clunky Platforms
We started UltraPoint Terminal in late 2021 because we couldn't find financial analysis tools that actually worked the way professionals think. So we built our own.
Why We Exist
Back in 2021, our founding team was working at different investment firms across Ho Chi Minh City. And we kept running into the same frustrations. The platforms we used were either bloated with features nobody asked for, or they made simple tasks unnecessarily complicated.
One evening after work, three of us met at a coffee shop on Nguyen Hue. We started sketching out what a better financial terminal might look like. Something that prioritized speed and clarity over flashy graphics. Something built for people who spend their days actually analyzing data rather than fighting their software.
That conversation turned into a working prototype by early 2022. We tested it with colleagues, got feedback, rebuilt parts that didn't work. By mid-2023, we had our first paying clients—investment professionals who appreciated having a tool that didn't get in their way.

What We Care About
These aren't corporate buzzwords we put on a wall. They're the principles that guide how we build our platform and work with clients.
Speed Over Complexity
We measure success by how quickly you can get to the insight you need. Every feature we add has to prove it saves you time.
Precision Matters
Financial decisions rely on accurate data. We source from verified providers and run validation checks because small errors can mean big problems.
Real Feedback Shapes Development
Our roadmap comes from conversations with users. If a feature request comes up repeatedly, we take it seriously and build it properly.
How We Work With Clients
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Investment firms have different workflows, different data needs, and different analysis styles. Here's how we adapt to yours.
Understanding Your Workflow
We start by watching how you currently work. What data sources do you check daily? What reports do you generate? What slows you down? This usually takes a week or two of observation and conversations.
Configuration and Testing
Based on what we learn, we configure UltraPoint to match your process. You get a staging environment to test with real scenarios before going live. Most clients spend 2-3 weeks in this phase.
Gradual Implementation
We don't force you to switch everything at once. Start with one workflow—maybe your morning market overview—and expand from there. This reduces disruption and helps your team adjust gradually.
Continuous Support and Updates
As market conditions change and your needs shift, we adjust. You'll have direct access to our technical team for questions or custom feature requests. No generic support tickets or waiting days for responses.
The People Behind the Platform

Thắng Bùi
Lead Platform Architect
Thắng spent seven years building trading systems for a regional bank before joining us. He's the one who insists on sub-second data refresh rates and gets genuinely annoyed when things load slowly. Outside work, he collects vintage calculators—yes, really.

How We Actually Work
Our team of 14 operates mostly from our District 1 office, though a few members work remotely from Hanoi and Da Nang. We run two-week development cycles with daily standups at 9 AM. Fridays are reserved for technical debt and experimental features—the projects people want to try but might not work out.

What Drives Our Development
About 60% of our feature updates come directly from client requests. The other 40% comes from our team's own experience using financial tools and thinking "this could be better." We maintain a public roadmap so clients can see what's coming and vote on priorities that matter to them.
